How much does a corporate seminar cost in the Paris region?
Generally €80–150/pers for a one-day seminar, €200–350/pers for two days with an overnight stay. The budget depends on the venue, program and duration.
When should we book a seminar?
Ideally 2 to 3 months in advance to secure the venue and vendors. For a tighter timeline, we find solutions depending on availability.
Do you work outside the Paris region?
We're based in Coignières (Yvelines, 78) and specialise in the Paris region. For projects further afield, get in touch to discuss.
What does a turnkey seminar include?
The venue, a fully equipped room (AV, furniture), full catering (welcome, breaks, meals), on-the-day coordination and support with the program.
Can you also manage external speakers?
Yes. We brief the speakers, test the logistics (slides, mic, timing) and ensure a smooth transition between sessions.
